Life insurance, personal house insurance and Natural Disaster Insurance Authority(DASK) will be requested (price for these will be paid cash)

Below is the monthly payments table for available time periods, based on a credit amount of 100.000 Euro.

Requirements:

• Turkish Tax ID Number provided

• Appraisal report fee (500 Euro)

• Non- Resident Application Form (provided by the our office)

• Sample copy of the passport or the original copy of permanent residence

• Credit Bureau record from applicant’s home country

• Utility, cable or telecommunication bill stating the address of the customer in the home country
